I'm having trouble getting the formatting right to redirect one URL to the other.

This is an example C5 gives:

"/products.html";"PAGE";"/products/"

Now, is this supposed to be 1 column in Excel, or 3 Different ones?
Am I supposed to include the quotations and the semicolons? If I am, where should they go in the Excel sheet?

I've tried different variations, like in 1 column, and in three columns. Would like some help figuring this out. Any input would be great!
