5.5.2 issue with File Sets

Has anyone experienced issues with viewing the File set detail page/viewer once they upgrade to 5.5.2?
New with 5.5 it allowed you to view all the files in a a set and allow you to reorder then by drop and drag.

It has happened on all 4 of the sites I have recently upgraded to 5.5.2
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated
