access dashboard to activate pretty urls

my new server people have re - migrated my website again, but still not display correctly not structured or nothing.
i cannot get into my dashboard either or log into my site or link to the community.
can anyone help me get back into my website again my dashboard and get i think the pretty urls turned back on i can use my website again.
