accidentally deleted theme, need to get it back

A friend mindlessly deleted the default (perfect for me-mega beginner dummy-) theme I had: yogurt. NOT moldy yogurt. I need help getting it back, and found this forum very swift and helpful.
Help! It's not there!

Caitlin you can take the theme from your un-zipped directory and up load back to the concrete/themes folder of your web host.

Unfortunately, changes to the theme will probably be gone.

I would recommend that you make a copy of the theme and place it in the sitename/themes folder and then when you make changes, back those new theme changes after they have been done.
