Add external URL to Drop down menu

I am new to Concrete5 and need some help. I am designing a site and bought a template that has a built in navigation bar. I need a few of the Drop down menus to go to external URLs, not a "new page". Does anyone know an easy way to do this? I am not great at editing code.

Concrete5 can do this through your sitemap.
It will depend on if you are using the auto-nav block and how far down the dropdown you want your link.
In your sitemap click the page you want your external link to be under, in the pop-up options the bottom button reads 'External Link'. click that and you're on your way.

Cool, I hadn't noticed that! But is there any way to set _target="blank" for the external link?
