add from incoming does not move the file

I have just uploaded a file on 113mb and 300mb in the files/incoming folder via FTP. I am using this way as i can only upload 96MB via the uploader.
But here comes the problems.
When i use the add file and then add incoming, i can see the files, i X the one i want to move, and then press import files. I can now see the picture that is showing that it is processing, but..................then....................i...................just...................wait...............and...............wait...................and wait...............................and.........
Well you hopefully get the picture, nothing happens. I have to turn it off again, in order to continue working with the page, but without having been able to move from incoming files folder.
