Bought an add-on,
How do I get support?

Don't say "talk to developer"
Tried that, no response!!

Is there any other way of getting support for a paid for add-on?

did you use the support forum for that particular add-on? if so, how long has it been?

there's a support link in the side bar of the add-on.
you can open a ticket there.

if you're not getting a response within a few days, PM me a link to the thread and we will see if something is broken or perhaps the developer is out of town or something,.

Interesting point Franz. An out-of-office style reply for add-on/theme developers would be a nice addition to the marketplace system? I bet you get lots of false alarms re support when in reality developer simply isn't available to reply?

You're going to tell me it's already there and I missed it - I normally do ;-)

yeah, I'd love that kind of away from the office message for when I'm out camping or traveling. it would be nice to be able to add a message to every product detail page too, so you can let them know before they make the purchase.
