Add on to allow multiple file uploads (10 images)

Looking for an add on that will allow a user to submit some basic information and attach a number of images with it.
Note that this post form allows me to add an image and then asks if i want to add another, that would be perfect...
Anything out there!!!

I think that I may have worded that question badly. I didnt mean "users" i meant "visitors" to the web site. So they wont be logged into the site just a visitor completing a form.
I had a quick look at your addon page but got the impression that it would require a visitor to be logged in.
If thats not the case, gratfull if you confirm, I will have a closer look at it.

You are right, FE Uploader at a minimum requires a logged in user.
Unless your site is protected some other way (intranet?), then allowing not logged in (ie anyone without restriction) to upload leaves you wide open to spammers.
