Add-Ons for Availibility

Hi there,
I am new here and trying to find out if Concrete5 would be a good platform to build our website. The website is to promote our 6 apartments that are for short term rental (holiday so to say).
Basically what we need is a calendar that shows the visitor the availability of the different apartments in a certain period. Can't find anything that really fits.
Any hints or ideas.

I find it a bit difficult to see how this add-on works. We have 6 apartments and we would like visitors to see which one is available. The way it is demonstrated in this websitehttp://www.availability-calendars.com/Calendars/MultiProperty/4361...
If there are no add-ons for this in concrete5, would it be possible to include third party apps like above?
