In a text block there is an option to add an image. When you click to load an image in you get asked for image URL. Where do you upload the image to so you get a URL to use to add the picture to the text box?
If you are using 5.7 you can click the magnifying glass next to the "Image Web Link" box to browse your file manager, there you can upload an image by clicking Upload Files from the upper right links.
If you are using 5.8 you can click the "Browse Server" button to browse your file manager, there you can upload an image by clicking Upload Files from the upper right links.
