Admin lost superuser privileges, keeps logging me out

Not sure how this happened at all, but if I log in as the admin, it let's me click exactly one thing before it logs me out. When I log back in, it takes me to the page of the last thing I clicked.
By a very slow process, I think I figured out that admin no longer has superuser privileges. Is there a way to re-create the superuser? When I click the checkbox to filter by Administrator group, it shows nothing. So, there is no Administrator. Seems like the member and profile system stuff is just totally screwed up somehow.
NOTE: server crashed and this might be the reason.

Hmm. If you're using user number 0 this shouldn't matter. That first account is basically like Root on a unix machine, you can never lock it out.
thanks, it seems it was just an issue with my host. It was fixed this morning. That's quite scary to contemplate, actually. Obviously some time-out setting they had going on, I guess.
