This could be a crazy question but is there an Add on out there that will return data based on certain criteria being entered by the user?

What I am trying to do is basically put together a scoring system for a predictor game. So when a user enters a score of a soccer game as 2-1 (for example) and that is the correct score of the game the add on kicks back 10 points and if they et it wrong it kicks back 0.

Any ideas?
