An unexpected error occurred.

I keep getting the message; An unexpected error occurred whenever I try to open any page on my website. I can't even log into my admin page to edit content. I need help to solve this problem

Most likely your server has upgraded to PHP 7 and your version of concrete will not run on PHP 7.
If you can.. login to your server and select PHP 5.6 or whatever is the version lower than PHP 7.

You are very welcome.
If you want your Concrete 5.6 site to be updated to work on PHP 7... I am now offering this as a service and have done quite a few just lately.
I have just updated six Concrete 5.6 sites to run on the very latest PHP 7.3
