For smaller projects, in many cases it is best to use a pre-designed template and then customize for our clients.... Been usinghttp://www.4templates.com a fair amount lately.

But the range is somewhat limited here - anyone got any recommendations of some good template sites?
(That you have ACTUALLY used).

Of course we contract a graphic designer for the 'bigger' projects - but the low-cost market is delivering a number of projects right now.
