Hi people,
I like the blue feedback form lurking on the left side of the concreate5 website. I already looked in the marketplace for it, but no results. If someone was to build that addon, I'd sure be interested in purchasing it :-)

Until someone does... You can do this with a form block template and a feedback tab jQuery plugin and a Lightbox jQuery plugin.
