"Upload Error" with Picnik
Permalink
Hi all.
I'm running into an error using Picnik within 5.4. Whenever I edit an image in some fashion I've uploaded through the File Manager, and then try to export it back (i.e. "save" the changes through Picnik), I get this error:
Upload Error
7881360356_P9SQM.jpg: Invalid file.
This is an online production site, on a state-run server. I checked with our IT guy and it doesn't seem like anything on the server management side would block Picnik from uploading the saved file into C5.
Any thoughts on why this error might be coming up? Or, could anyone tell me how Picnik actually uploads the file into C5 after its been edited, to give me or him some clues on where to look?
At first I thought it was a permissions issue in the file structure (i.e. myc5installation/files/), but that doesn't look like it'd be the case.
