Anyone get the composer functionality to work?

I thought I had it then a new blog template knocks out the image upload functionality. There must be a less temperamental way of doing this. Anyone got it work?

Yeah, I got everything working just fine, it's just the upload facility on replica template default setup. It shows on one and not the other. They are both exactly the same. I want different departments adding to the blog and show in different lists.
