I'm trying to find / make an employment application block on a site. I'm not having any luck with finding an add on that's already set up and customizable. My thought was to make one myself, but all the 'form' blocks I'm finding will make the application fields in a column straight down the page. I'd like to find one or get a little advice on how to do it myself, but still format the information fields to look more like an application for employment rather than a list of items to complete.
