I wrote several times: Please post a link to a php info page..
Wouldn't it be a good idea to add a hint in the "installation forum" right before the textarea like this:
"Please include a link to a page containing phpinfo() in case you're asking for help with your server setup.."
I personally like phpinfo as it often helps finding a problem..
