If I create a backup and use encryption from the dashboard, the actual file that gets created, how would I restore that to a new database (in the event of a server crash, for example?)

Does it use the SALT value to encrypt somehow?

I haven't had to use one yet, but I would like to understand what happens with an encrypted file and how to use it again.
