Bad "Time to First Byte" time - where to look for problems

Hi,

my site has very bad "Time to First Byte" time... Where I have to look for problems? I have contacted hosting company and they say that problem is with my page...http://www.adita.lt . It is my first attempt to build page so it is possible that I have made some mistakes... Maybe someone could look at site and comment... Please...

You are calling some file out of your site which may cause the site little bit slow.
e.g. 
http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Droid+Serif:400,400italic|Lato:400,700


I've saw few more like outsiders page which may cause to increase the initial loading time. Try to remove these files as well as have a look into the slider banner image sizes. These might be heavy in size, though I'm not sure.
