I am trying to set up composer for a user group called "Website Editors" but the "Basic Information" section won't show up. It shows up fine for Admins. I've added the "Website Editors" group to the "Edit Properties" permission on the pages Dashboard/Composer, Dashboard/Composer/Write, and Dashboard/Composer/Drafts.

Without this feature, my editors can't add/edit the page name, url slug, short description or the date posted. Composer is basically useless for these editors.

Is this a bug or am I missing a step?
