Bilingual site

Hello, i am developing a site for a local manufacturer of composite profiles - (http://rempro.no) - and Concrete5 is very suitable for this site. But what I still have not figured out, is how to make this site (the front end) bilingual: in English and Norwegian. I would really appreciate a tip.

Thanks - this is probably the way to do it, but I don't grasp how to set up two different navigation blocks that don't interfere with each other for each of the languages. The solution is probably easy, but it does not hit my brain ...
