Blocks leave code behind?

I removed some block cos I didn't want any inline CSS and fixed it in the main file. However, some BlockStyle comments are still in the code even when there are no blocks?

Any ideas why?

Can you be more specific or give a web address to the problem?
The first thing I would try is clearing your sites cache via the dashboard.
