Boolean Attribute and members search

Good day all!
I wrote a boolean attribute on my website. It's for a registration form. When it is checked by a registrant, The info on the form has to be excludrd from the "members search". I figure it must be an attribute that checks for "private" check. Now would anyone be good anough to tell me how do i do that ?
