I've added an image to the site wide bootstrap theme but when I log out it shows up and reverse when I am logged in. Therefore, I couldn't find where the image was to delete it in edit mode so I deleted the pic from file manager which now displays image not found. So the problem is how do I get to this spot where the image was and delete the block entirely?

Any help would be very appreciative...
