Brutalism in web design is a hot trend right now, so I created a simple, free, and open source framework exclusively for this trend. If you are interested in getting involved, it's available on Github. It's strictly HTML, CSS, and jquery. Learn about it here:

Hmm, it looks like < blink > is deprecated now. It's still usable, though.

My plan is to have 2 more BETAs, so I'll likely add blink in BETA 2.

I will be turning this into a C5 theme.

I just released BETA 3, which has "glitch". This is as close as I could get to blink.
