I wanna have a button which when mouse is over on it shows some pictures like an slide show, How can I create it?

Create a new template for image block and in this new template add mentioned effect with jquery or something simillar.
does it need programming you mean? I'm looking for an add-on to make it easier for me.
I dont know which effect are looking for. Mentioning a sample can help others to guide you through an addon if such a thing exist in marketplace.
