C5 hosting -> Email accounts xfer? Support?

Could someone tell me if signing up for C5 hosting account (this would be the lowest level) includes the transfer of email accounts from current host and setup of new ones here? (Current site is static html, but having read tons of reviews, I'm sold on C5 for their new site.) Client needs a seamless transfer, and I need to be sure the email accounts will be up and working as soon as dns is pointed to C5. How is support here rated? Awesome? Responsive? Hard to get hold of? Thanks for any insight. I'm standing outside the candystore window right now, eager to get in, but wanting to know what I'll find when I do!
Maybe you should look into google apps stnd.
I personally use it for my email. (It's pretty awesome).
Plus I don't need to delete any emails.

Thanks for your thoughts...I actually use google apps, too! I guess that's probably the best way to go.
