C5 Install Editing Problem

Hey All,
I am experiencing a crazy error which occurred with the 5.4.1.1 upgrade. This has now happened on 3 of my installs - one local, one on my host, and one of my clients.
See the attached screen shot. As well to let you know I am unable to edit blocks as well. I have eliminated my custom theme as it is producing the error in the plain yogurt.
Hope we can fix this bug... (If it is a bug...)
