Should I have 3 page layout options in yogurt theme?

Hey guys,
I installed c5 on my own servers, looks good, but I only have one page layout option instead of 3 in default theme yogurt.
heres the site I am working on: demo.walkerseo.com/lamptechusa

Hi,

Make sure that you have downloaded the pack from here
http://www.concrete5.org/developers/downloads/...

If not download latest version from the above link and try it
