c5.org Account password still invalid after repeated reset

I've reset my C5.org account password and seem signed in OK but if I logout my new password doesn't work. If I try to connect a new site to the community I'm told my new password is invalid. I've even tried resetting the password then going to my account and choosing a new password there. Nothing seems to work.

Is there a general issue with the community and C5.org sign in?

Do you mean the rest password email? Yes. I've managed to reset it several time in the space of an hour but if I logout of c5.org or try to use that new password to connect a site to the community I'm told it's invalid.

Any other ideas? I tried a password reset again, was accepted but after changing password it still won't let me connect to the community.

Right now I can't purchase any of the Addins I need for this new project so yr help is appreciated.

hmm...

One thing that pops into mind is do you have any extensions installed on your browser.

I had a anti-popup blocker and it basically messed things up.

I use Safari 5 with no extensions. My session had expired and to post this reply I had to go through the forgotten password process, to reset my password which leaves me logged into c5.org.

There must be something up with my account.

It has just dawned on me what the problem is. I don't sign in that often and I forgot it's username not email address!
