C5 Profile: Badges

I was wondering if you have to have C5 host the site to get the site builder badge. I have created a website and linked it to the community and have installed packages this way but did not get the bulder badge. Any ideas on this?

im not sure if its an automatic badge or not,

i see that you added it your my sites section, not sure

submit your site to the showcase and you'll automatically get it.

That worked. I submitted it there and now have the badge.
