Cache Warmer CLI mode

The Cache Warmer add-on now supports a CLI (command line interface) mode with progress bar. It can regenerate cache files automatically, e.g. after someone flushed the cache. You can also schedule it via a cron job. See the attached image for a screenshot.

Version 2.0.0 has a completely rewritten code base to keep up with the 8.3.1+ standards.

Cache Warmer can now automatically regenerate pages after a user flushes the cache. A very nice feature to keep your website always fast when using Full Page Caching.
