Can I delete Administrators group?

I thought it was defaulted to have same privileges as Super User, but turns out it's not. Can I just delete this group? It's confusing now since I created a CLIENT ADMINISTRATION group with all the permissions they require. When they are creating new users, they might add them to the default Admin group and wonder why it's not working or why it's even there.

admin user is different than the administrator group. Think Root in
unix vs. just another permission group we try to setup right.

yes you can delete/rename the group.
