Can't get a block in edit mode

I am trying to get a theme to work in C5... but I'm having the WORST time with one of the blocks (Its the navigational block at the top right hand of the page).

to see the theme... PLEASE someone!!! help me figure out why that header nav won't edit!!! (It has the highlight and the red dash around it... but you can't click on it to go into edit at all!

Are you having trouble with any other blocks or just that one?

I also notice you are loading jquery again after the base Concrete5 call. Just think that it could be messing around with the editing behaviour. Have you tried removing the second jquery and try editing the block?

Yes... that's the only one... I'll check and see about the placement of that one block vs the jquery calls.
