Can't move pages after upgrading

Hello,
I recently noticed that I no longer have the ability to move pages from the sitemap. I choose the move option on the drop down and it asks me to choose a new page to move under but I can't select any other pages it registers a click but no further action occurs. I believe this started after the move to 5.3 but I couldn't be certain on the particular upgrade that broke it.

Try clicking and dragging the icon. We've fixed the "move" menu option and are awaiting a release on it - but in the meantime you should be able to click and drag the page to its new target.
I have the same problem and still could not find a solution
