Cannot sign in to my C5 account to buy themes

I am currently signed in. That's how I can post to the Forum
BUT when I try to connect my site to the community, my attempt is rejected as bad password.
When I go to my profile to change my password, I get rejected for bad password.
So, assuming I have been a dumbkopf and lost my C5 password, how do I retrieve it
