canonical URL unstable, changing on me
Permalink
The properties section lists our website canonical properly, where it then is replaced in the hypertext with {CCM:BASE_URL}. Yet on several pages I see in the navigation bar that the "www" is missing, the site name is different than found in Properties and at one point home page links were going to "translate.fullerlabs.com" as the canonical. The latter led to error "Forbidden Page" for all the world to see. How can this happen when you have other things requiring your attention?
I also like to use htaccess to force www or non-www.
I guess which is personal preference.

define('BASE_URL', 'http://www.yoursite.com');
setting it with or without the www should force the site to display it one way or the other.
