I'm trying to get some add ons for my site, I've a brought 3 up to now with out any problems and have been using them fine on my site, also, I've got many free add ons witch I've managed to install with out any problems. So why am I getting a message when trying to get new add ons saying you haven't made a project page for your site. I don't have a sitewide button. I've watched the tutorial video but the lay out is different and I can't figure out how to do this. Can any one help please?.
Hi, Thanks for the reply.
The project page is empty. So What I need to know is how do I get my project onto that page. I've watched some tutorials on how to do this but I don't have a sitewide bar in my dashboard, the tutorial says to go to the sitewide bar enter that and the click connect to the community. The tutorial is for the newest version so the layout is different than the layout I've, I've the version before the latest one.

If you hover over the dashboard button and click install at the bottom it will take you to your add on page. At the bottom of this page you should see a "connect to community" button. Connect using your concrete5.org username and password. Hope this is what your looking for!
Hi,
I did what you said and at the bottom it says
Your site is currently connected to the concrete5 community. Your project page URL is:
http://www.concrete5.org/private/sites/ru3sz0mm40fwkfeqzye5exzj...
I tried to sign in with the username and password I've and nothing happens. when I'm signed in like I'm now and go to my account, go to the project page, it say You have not connected any sites to the concrete5 community.

Your C5 installation remembers it's community (concrete5.org) relation/connection. So, after you login to your C5 installation (meaning the C5 panel; separate from WHW1 hosting panel from which C5 is installed and lists all your C5 installs), and hover your mouse over the Dashboard on top menu, and select "update", you can see which ones you need updates for and can download and install. From there you can select the Down Arrow menu, and select other things like Get More Add-Ons. The above is being mentioned because even if your current site is not showing up (as site/project) on your Concrete5.org profile, the connection the site has to concrete5 is not lost, and you can still add more Add-Ons and themes. You can also review your existing installs by selecting "Add Functionality" from the Down Arrow menu.
As far as your site not showing up on your projects page, you may need to re-connect it by adding it as a project/site. Two cases come to mind: 1, either a different login (different profile) was assigned when the site was connected to concrete5.org, or 2, the site was removed (deleted) by mistake from your profile's project listing. Regardless, the licenses you have are associated with your C5 based website installation. If your website address changes, you should be able have those licenses continue to be used with the same website.
We will email you more, if appropriate. First, indicate if the above got you to the needed place and took care of your needs.
