Can't connect to community

I have been battling this for months. Here is the error in the Dashvoard:
"The base URL of your site does not match a registered instance of the site. Please click below to authenticate your site again."

When I log in I get this:

"You must login with a username that is an owner or editor of this project."

Seems like a catch 22!

I am having the exact same issue. In my case the site was running via IP address and is now running via domain name. So the url has changed but I don't understand why I can't reconnect either.

I hope someone has an answer out there :-) I'm sorry to just be part of the problem.

Yes! That was the ticket. Thanks for finding that. I feel dumb because I forgot to RTFM ;-)
