Can't login to site

I can't login to my site. I tried entering my email so they could send me a new password, but I haven't gotten a reply. I also tried contacting concrete5 and haven't gotten a reply. Really need to get into my site. Any suggestions?

Check your spam folder first to see if the email is there. If it isn't than look here for an older but still relevant guide on retrieving lost passwords
