Centry, a solution for agencies and contractors
Permalink 1 user found helpful
Centry is a solution for web agencies and contractors developing in concrete5. With Centry your websites show up in a portal, allowing you to manage them better.
Centry Portal is an external application that runs for free (http://centry.nl). Centry Add-on is the required add-on to communicate with the portal. Once connected, Centry Portal will use an API to communicate with Centry Add-on.
Centry Portal shows an overview of websites. It comes with advanced filtering and search options. The (filtered) list of websites can be exported to a CSV file.
The self-hosted version (a paid solution) provides additional features. It lets you schedule automated jobs from within the portal, and allows you to filter and search through log entries from all the connected websites.
Visit the market place page https://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/centry/... for more information about Centry Add-on. To read more about the self-hosted version, visit https://centry.nl/centry-portal#/benefits...

Based on Slack and concrete5 forum replies, it looks like it is fairly common for designers/developers to be managing a lot of sites. This add-on could be a real time-saver for managing them.

Some new features have been added to the self-hosted version. Automated jobs can now be scheduled from within the portal. Also new is the 'Logs' page, which shows log entries from all websites. We will further extend this feature by adding notifications, so you can get an email if an exception on one of your websites has occurred.
It's now possible to scan concrete5 websites for SEO, security, performance, and usability. This is all possible with the self-hosted version and without any third party integrations. Interested? We can set up a server for you, so you can test it out!
This looks great.
