Change eCommerce block to skip payment but email order instead

Hi I'd like to use the eCommerce block for its gallery and shopping cart functions but at the end of the process an email is sent to us with the order details which we will use as a purchase order and bill our clients that way.

How can I change the setting to allow this?

As I understand what you're asking, ecommerce basically does this by default on install.

There's a default gateway that is turned on which just approves all orders with no cards entered or anything.

Ah brilliant, so the user would add to shopping cart, checkout, enter their shipping details then that would be the end of the process. The order would be added to C5 and an email would be sent to us so we can take action.
