Change ownership of addons

Hi I have a number of addons that I purchased and no longer require as i've found alternative solutions or used another addon.

I know i am unable to get a refund, but can i sell them on say ebay and is there a way to change ownership of addon licenses?

"1. License Grant. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, Customer is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software Application for a single website and a single staging or development version. Customer may not offer the System for resale without expressed permission from DEVELOPMENT PARTNER. "

I think that means no, but take a closer look. Sounds like there's some flexibility if you contact the developer directly.
