Change top and bottom

Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to change the top of the site where the mozillah emblem and template: home is written?
Also in the bottom where it is written
"copyright © 2006 your name | email@emailaddress | XHTML 1.1 | CSS | design by dcarter"
Is there a way to change it.

No, I want to put my name by the part where it says 'your name'and my email add where it says email@emailadress.

You'll find the elements folder inside the Themes directory. When in the Themes directory navigate to the theme your using and you'll find the elements directory.
You then want the footer.php
