Changing default publish location
Permalink
Hi all,
I know nothing about code, html, or anything else. I have a website created with concrete5, and loaded and running on Godaddy. My question is where do i change the publishing destination. It saves it to the default, where I need it to publish it to the website/httpdocs for go daddy to use it. If that makes sense. :(
I see a spot under File storage locations to change path, but I dont know if that is correct and dont want to mess up any file structure.
Thanks

It sounds like goDaddy installed your concrete5 setup in some weird place.
If you use one of the installers like SimpleScripts of Softaculous it should help you put it in the right place.
The only way to do what you're asking is to move the concrete5 files to the correct directory.

edit: godaddy doesnt allow.
