ChompOn.com: Group Buying/ Flash Sales for any website
Permalink
Hi concrete5 community,
We at ChompOn.com, a recent Stanford University start-up, are working to provide a new solution for online wholesalers, retailers, and deal publishers. Our site currently provides a platform for any website to easily run their own white label, customizable, daily/weekly deals. The website can then source their deals across our entire publisher network. By using us, any site can join in on the Groupon fad.
However, we plan to go further than Groupon. Starting to adapt the group-buying trend to actual item sales w/ deliveries, as opposed to in-store or online coupons, we are devloping a new way to sell mid to high ticket items in bulk. As our publisher network expands, the bigger opportunity for retailers and wholesalers arises. They will be able to directly address a larger online audience than ever before. 100 TV's could pass across thousands of eyes in just a moment. And then, hopefully, be sold just as quickly.
(we eventually intend to create our platform into a Block for concrete5 users)
Tell me what you guys and gals think.
Zack Arnold
