CollectionSearchIndexAttributes keeps needing repairing

Hi
Lately my site keeps needing the CollectionSearchIndexAttributes to be repaired. After a while I notice its stopped working again and have to go into phpMyAdmin and it shows that it is in use.
this is what I get when I run analyse
and when I run repair
Any ideas on why this keeps occurring and only on CollectionSearchIndexAttributes table?
