Seek and ye shall find! Another answer to my question:
"Community Authentication" allows you to enable concrete5.org login on your actually concrete5 site. Just like on stack overflow you can login using facebook, gmail, etc, well our concrete5 sites can be logged into using your concrete5.org account if you so wish.
To enable concrete5.org login on your website, first go to the "Community Authentication" tab in your concrete5.org account and generate a new key. At the same time go to your c5 dashboard and go to "Authentication Types". You'll notice not just concrete5.org but others such as facebook and twitter. To enable concrete5, click it and add the information generated from your concrete5.org community authentication page. Make sure to put in the correct callback URL which is supplied by your concrete5 site when you go to enable concrete5 authentication to your site.
